1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

• Full payment must be completed before the start of the ?????? / service.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the package policy.

• No refund will be provided for unused services.

• In case of no-show, 100% cancellation charges may apply.

3. Changes & Amendments

• Any changes in travel dates or services are subject to availability.

• Additional charges may apply for amendments.

4. Travel Documents

• Guests must carry valid ID proof during travel.

• For international travel, passport and visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler.

5. Liability

• We act only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transporters).

• We are not responsible for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Force Majeure

• We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay due to acts of God, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or any unforeseen events.

7. Hotel Policy

• Standard check-in and check-out time will apply as per hotel rules.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

8. Itinerary Changes

• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.

10. Acceptance of Terms
